Training Church Leaders

The apostle Paul writes this to Timothy in 2Tim.2:1-2.
Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

This is continuity of leadership and what we at Chrio Ministries work to see occurring in churches.

When the time comes for one generation of leaders to pass the baton there must be capable and qualified leaders available to take the reign and lead the church as effectively as those before them.

For hundreds of years the Rabbinic principle has been a key method used in the Jewish culture to identify and train new leaders. Jesus practiced this with His disciples and Paul taught Timothy this way.

The Rabbinic principle is a combination of teaching key leadership principles while at the same time assigning a young leader to a more mature one for practical on the job training, an apprenticeship if you please.

We will come to you, to your church to conduct leadership training programs that will:

  1. Help to identify potential leaders.

  2. Teach key leadership principles.

  3. Implement an apprenticeship program for continued on the job training.
