For over thirty years we have helped many identify their God given gifts and who are now contributing to the development of their churches as they exercise the gifts.

We will come to your church and host seminars and training programs designed to help your congregation to:

  1. Identify the spiritual gift given to them.

  2. Understand the biblical nature of those gifts.

  3. Receive training on how to grow in those gifts.

  4. Create an environment of ministry where those gifts can be freely exercised.

Rom. 12:6-8, 1 Cor. 12:1-23 and Eph.4:7-13 list some of the spiritual gifts given by God to believers. The operation of these gifts are essential to the church.

In fact in 1 Cor. 12 the church is compared to a human body and each of the believer with the gift given to them by God as parts of that body. The gift you have could be compared to the hand or the eye of some of part of the body. What is crucial is that if that part of the body does not perform the function it is designed to, the body will suffer and be inadequate.

Unfortunately, this is what is happening in many churches. Only a few people are operating in their God given gift so the church never operates at it fullest potential. In fact, Eph. 4:12 & 13 outlines three important benefits to the church when the gifts of the Spirits are exercised.

  1. They perfect the saints for the work of the ministry - The word perfect is translated in the Greek to mean complete furnishing. In other words it fully equips you to do what you are called by God to do.

  2. They edify the body of Christ - Meaning that it builds up your spiritual strength.

  3. They foster the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God which leads to spiritual maturity.

We help believers in churches to:

  1. Identify their spiritual gift given to them by God.

  2. Train believers in the development of their gifts.

  3. Create ministry teams that can operate effectively in their churches.

  4. Create a Mentorship program that will train others in those same gifts.
